2010 PRM CHARGE
Pursuant to the regulatory approval process of PMR charge, we hereby inform that our National Aviation Authority (INAC), approved the amount of 0,52€ per departing passenger, according to Decree Law 241/2008, 9th December. This new value of PRM Charge will be on force on 1st April 2010 until 31st March 2011.
We further inform that INAC decided to analyse the possibility of recovering the deficit relating to 2008. Details on such deficit have already been demonstrated in ANA/s proposal subject to consultation to users. According to INAC/s decision, such analysis will be conducted within the general framework of ANA/s charges.
We recall that the current decision is in line with ANA/s strategy, which aims at not aggravating costs in a particularly difficult economic context, with particular effects in air transport.
Finally, it is noteworthy that INAC`s decision is very much based on the proposal submitted by ANA, with the additional contributions of the users/ observations presented in the public consultation process.
